Good quality, slow shipping
I ordered a 'premium leather handbag' from Deseri a few weeks ago. The bag itself is really nice, good leather and stitching. Looks exactly like the pictures. Shipping took about 9 days to get to me though, which felt a bit long for a luxury brand. Overall, happy with the product, just wish delivery was quicker.
Nice Clutch, Minor Hiccups
I bought a 'metallic clutch' for an event and it arrived well-packaged. The clutch itself feels solid, the metallic finish is even, and it had a good weight to it. The interior lining was also well-finished, which sometimes gets overlooked. It was easy to order on their site. I received shipping updates, but there was a 2-day delay in getting the tracking number active after I got the initial email. Customer service was responsive when I inquired, explaining a backlog. It arrived in good condition within their stated window, just took a little longer to track initially. It's a nice evening bag, definitely feels high-end. I'd consider buying from them again, but I'd factor in a slightly longer delivery time if I needed something for a specific date.
